Instructions
- Set grill up for indirect cooking at 350 degrees. Use cherry wood for smoke flavor.
- Season chicken all over with your favorite BBQ rub.
- Place chicken on grill and cook until the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees, about 1 hour.
- Rest chicken for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving with mac.
