Description
A sweet and spicy twist on the classic Buffalo chicken wings you grew up with.
Ingredients

- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot
- 1 Tbsp granulated garlic
- 1 Tbsp Mike’s Hot Honey
- 1/2 gallon peanut or vegetable oil
- 1 pound chicken wings (about 12 wings)
- Salt and pepper.
Instructions
- Over medium-low heat, melt butter in small sauce pot.
- Whisk in Frank’s Red Hot, granulated garlic, and Mike’s Hot Honey. Keep warm.
- In a large dutch oven, heat oil to 375 degrees.
- Season wings liberally on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Fry wings in the hot oil in batches of 6-8 wings for 8-10 minutes, until they are floating and golden brown.
- Remove wings to cooling rack to let rest for a couple minutes.
- Toss wings in sauce and serve immediately.
