Description
Set it and forget it. This turkey soup is perfect for leftovers with either chicken or turkey. Put it all together the night before, keep it in the fridge, then start the slow cooker in the morning.
Ingredients

- 3 large carrots, cut into 1/4 inch rounds
- 1 head of broccoli florets
- 1 pound leftover turkey meat
- 3 quarts low sodium turkey or chicken stock
- 4 cups kale
- Salt and pepper to taste
